Wandering around Eyemouth Harbor Scotland, a number of trawlers were berthed and I just thought I'd take a few B and Ws. Inspired by Antje's lovely B&W work. I liked the textures of the concrete dock against the old wood and the arcs created by the woven mooring ropes.
Although I've passed this derelict building many times, I never photographed it...until a good few months ago. This was Coleman's Fireproof Depository and, well, I don't need to tell you more about it, because, if you click on 'All Sizes' you can find out yourself. But what you don't know (because it's obscured by a fucking 'for sale' sign) is that this building's telegraphic address was 'Readiness' and its phone number was 699 Park. I'm not exactly sold on the American idea of warehouses being made into flats, but, if this was saved from demolition, it would make a great place to live
