Ostend, the industrial harbour, a favourite haunt!
We are back and on the hunt for images.
The gentleman stops and starts chatting... mainly about his cutie pie in the back, safe, and loving the ride!
On the Continent, the electrical bicycles are very well appreciated by the more mature population.
He pushed off again, his eyes were closed, I noticed he did that a lot, like up-calling the images? LOL
To emphasise his words...
Another nice encounter.
Have a super day and thank you, M (*_*)

Muitos residentes abandonaram a cidade.

Mort safes, often spelled mortsafe, were used to prevent the theft of the newly deceased body, which would be sold to a medical college. The mort safe was usually removed after about six weeks. This is one of the very few remaining in the states.

"The city bells were just ringing one when the last turn
was made fast and the crew dismissed; and in five minutes
more not a soul was left on board the good ship Alert but
the old ship keeper, who had come down from the counting-
house to take charge of her."

Nearly 1,000 registered nurses in Austin, Texas at Ascension's Seton Medical Center participate in a historic one-day strike Tuesday, June 27 to protest the health care giant’s refusal to address its endemic staffing crisis. During contract negotiations, management has dismissed nurses’ solutions for safe staffing protections and nurse recruitment and retention, both critical factors for ensuring patient safety.
Seton Medical Center nurses are striking with 2,000 Ascension nurses in Texas and Kansas represented by National Nurses Organizing Committee/National Nurses United (NNOC/NNU).
