Security was around today at Martyr Square, however not in the heavy presence it was back in August 31st.
Me. I´m safe and nothing can hurt me. No one can come between us. Someone loves me, cares for me, waits me to come home, no matter what I´ve done, where I´ve been. Rare things are as sincere as parental love. Both ways.

We brought Mimi inside the house today (she is a neighborhood stray) to keep her safe from the strong wind and rain of Typhoon Guchol. We made a makeshift bed for her out of a cardboard box and towel. She immediately took to it and started to nod off.

JOHN PICKHAVER from Cornwall was called to a shop to investigate problems with the hot water supply, where he found the water heater had been installed on a staircase landing. The stairs led to an attic room that – at least since the heater had been installed – was only being used for storage. Steps taken were to ensure the door was sealed up and the attic room made accessible via another route. Also, the blow-off pipework was reconfigured correctly.

On July 30, 2011, an F-16 Fighter Aircraft from the 187th Fighter Wing, Alabama Air National Guard, taxis by a Ukrainian Mig-29 for the final time at Mirgorod Air Base, Ukraine as Safe Skies 2011 comes to an end. Safe Skies is a military to military exchange between the US, Ukraine and Poland to protect and manage regional air space and promote air security and stability as Ukraine and Poland prepare for EUROCup 2012. More than a thousand households and a school with 292 enrolled children in a Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) community in Barangay Nanga-an, Kabacan, North Cotabato gain access to safe and clean water. About 57 local workers built the water system, the majority of them former combatants. The level II water system has 22 tap stands where safe and clean water will flow.
