Mooching through the conifers in Barnes's Grove I saw some fallen trees whose curling branches were lit by the afternoon sun as they wove themselves among the surrounding trees.
this photo was taken on film with a strip of silver mylar around the lens of my camera and image was reflected up creating the swirl effect

The bright blue sky above the Red Canyon walls and the solar reflection create an impressive natural marvel of geological patterns and swirling colors.
When the mind ventures into realms beyond the ordinary, to be met with a vibrant display of swirling colors..
It's like the universe whispering secrets and revealing truths.
This is a candle holder made of glass, seen from above. The colors are from some colorful details on its stem. I only added the green color using the reflections of a green bottle.
Fabric Bond Tape (photographed for a Macro-Mondays challenge)
This is a very thin, almost transparent tape, used for ironing pieces of fabric together.
Taylor Hobson Cooke Kinic 1inch f1.5 (coated version) - 1950s 16mm film camera lens. Thanks to Sony mirrorless A7 flange distance, I can now mount this lens on A7RII. Couldn't mount on Canon 60D and had to use it on Lumix M4/3 camera previously.
Hemmick Beach.......new location for me, not far from Gorran Haven. Pretty remote location, and very quiet. Main problem with this beach is accessing by road.....very narrow, and very few passing places - just pray nothing comes in the opposite direction !!! That said, it's a great location, and yet again I had great fun capturing waves rolling up and down the beach. Difficult choosing which image to process, as I took so many shots.....so be warned there may be more to follow !!! Hpoe your day is going well......
Hi everyone, I hope everyone is safe & well. I took this last week whilst walking the Ceredigion coastal path between New Quay and Aberaeron in Wales. I had visited this lovely little fall many years ago but had lost those images, so was very pleased to go back.
