Expecting cold rainy weather for the coming weekend, maybe even some snow. So here's some sunshine to go. :-)
I LOVE April!
Wow, it's a beautiful January day today. Temp's in the low 80's and a chance of butterflies and sunshine.
There are at least six monarchs flitting about along with several zebra longwings and a couple of goldrims.
The bird shows are beautiful too. The yellow-rumped warbler has made an appearance, I haven't had to opportunity to photograph one yet this year but as long as the palm warblers don't run them off, perhaps I will get a snap in a day or two.

And it takes away my summertime.

Getting high on heavenly breezes,
Making new friends along the way.
I won't ask much of nobody,
I'm just here to sing along.
And make my mistakes looks gracious,
And learn some lessons from my wrongs.

The "Walberla" is an ancient magic hill in central Franconia and hosts the eldet sprig celebration of Germany.
The St. Walpurgis festival is held in May and the same named chapel the center of that event. Always worth to visit.

Another very windy morning walk along the beach at Talacre which had us retreating to the relative shelter of the dunes after a few shots getting blasted by the sand out in the open.
Learnt our lesson from the week before when several of the buttons on the back of the camera Helen uses became stuck in. After much wrangling and waggling over the next few days I managed to free them but have sent it off this morning for inspection and a clean just to be safe.
If you can't find the sunshine, just be the sunshine ♥
