i took this during a tour with mace2000. we went to the hornisgrinde, the highest point of the northern black forest (1.164 m / 3.819 ft.). this was inside an old, abandoned and decayed house.

meanwhile we found out that these houses were used by the french army from 1945 to 1996.

it's a really great and creepy place!!

applied for some jobs today - i'm sick of mine. i also made spaghetti bolognese, which is my favorite food - so that was very exciting. read some passages from the dhammapada, went for a run, then read some more. i bought a bag of halloween candy and ate most of it. mwahahaha.

TWO very special toys arrived in THIS package ...

FIRST, there is a little "TOTORO" character by Nibariki (I hope I got this right ... We are not all that familiar with some toys' names ... ;) Anyway, he is the cutest little guy ... and apparently, he is a "spirit of the forest" ... part racoon, cat, and owl! :) (See, I DO my research !! :) Little JorgieGirl doesn't quite know what to make of him ... yet :)

The girls and I were SOOOO excited ... when we saw the famous "hexagon shape box" ... and sure enough ...

SIMLIAN SENT US OUR VERY FIRST SONNY ANGEL !!!!!

As you can see ... Little Ophelia is savoring the moment before opening it up ... to see WHO is in there ??? Since it is a Christmas Edition, it could be a Santa ... a Snowman ... a Reindeer ... or a Gingerbread boy ... (but conversely, not a "Christmas Angel" ! heheh)

So things are going slowly for me at the moment due to a lot of personal things going on and having to deal with but also it feels like everything of flying by and I’ve not had time to register anything and it’s a weird experience to go through 📷

But with that - what is also weird was my mindset when I created this image - my initial start plan was so totally different to how this image has ended up but I feel and find that how it’s turned out is still really creepily beautiful even though my mind wasn’t in a great place when editing this image!

Despite my lack of focus and my brain working on at 1000% - I have to admit that it’s quite fun to just let my brain wander and go with the flow with editing - does anyone else ever do that ‍♂️ let me know

i loved the vibrant colors in this, the blue background and bright red flowers and the way the sunlight is hitting the petals not in focus. and all i did was boost the contrast and viola, sooc otherwise!
