Simon Says Stamp - Lots of snowflakes
Simon Says Stamp - Merry Christmas die cut
I used the beautiful Fresh Bunch stamp set, a collaboration between Simon Says Stamp (SSS) & Studio Katia for Stamptember 2018. I added colour with Altenew watercolours & added sparkle with Studio Katia crystals. The sentiment is embossed with platinum gold embossing powder on SSS vellum.

Playing along in the SSSFlickrchallenge #107. I embossed the beautiful Simon says stamp blue card stock with snowflakes. I used the SSS picture book snowman and the SSS Merry Christmas holiday frames dies. Embellished with a few snowflake sequins and Nuvo glimmer drops.
Simon Says Stamp Flickr group has a great challenge going on now called "Let Your Stencils Shine" and it can be found here. I used the stencil to add color and to dry emboss. I am also entering this card in the November LOVE! challenge 34 found here. Love how these challenges inspire me!

Featured in the "Getting Creative" blog post at Nina-Marie Design (ninamariedesign.com/2015/01/18/sunday-spotlight-getting-c...)
Inspired by Laura Bassen, I went with some good ol' ink blending for the rainbow theme at SSSFlickrChallenge#22 this week. I used only 3 Distress Ink colors to create this rainbow (Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade and Peacock feathers)
SSS Product: Ring Cluster Stencil
The panel has a bit of a 70's tie-dyed feel to it, so I created a sentiment with Milo's ABCs by Lawn Fawn on the inside that says "Hope you have a Groovy Day!"
Also entering this into the SSS Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes.
For this card I used the arched leaves and flower blooms die set and the delicate leafy branch dies from #simonsaysstamp

First cut the Funky Snowflake and used the snowflake outlines to make a background. I used Nuvo paste in blue to fill in the empty snowflake holes. Then added the cut out snowflake and put it on top of the Nuvo background. And a Hero Arts sentiment on top of it.
For this card I used the Simon Says Stamp “Just a Note Pansy” stamp. This is my second entry in the May SSSFlickrchallenge.
Playing with pastels for SSSFlickrchallenge#26. Using the I Love Donuts stamp set and the Sentiments of You stamp set. Colored with my Zig markers and topped off with Glossy Accents.
This tag was inspired by Sue Symens on day 2 of the 25 Days of Christmas Tags. I started with a Simon Says Stamp large tags die. I used images from Essentials by Ellen. I have a few cat stamps and I always shy away from using them because I never know how to color them! But in honor of Kathy Rac's color challenge, and SSSFlickrChallenge#136, I gave it a whirl. I might have copied Kristina Werner's cats :). Finished it with a sentiment from Newton's Nook.
I've been in a crafting funk recently, but the Tags Challenge has been a fun jump start. I dug out my bin of Christmas/winter stamps and dies and have been enjoying mixing lots of different companies.

I made these tags using a watercolour panel I made the other day that looked really hideous and scraps of white card left over from other projects. I'm submitting the tags into Simon Says Stamp's Challenge #4 - Watercolour.
I used Simon Says Stamp dies (Eliza & Kate snowflakes) and Spellbinders dies (picot edge circles). More details are on my blog stampingandstitching.blogspot.ie/2014/10/scrappy-snowflak...

I made these two Christmas cards for the @simonsaysstamp #sssflickrchallenge (Anything Goes)-- these stamps and dies are so pretty! It's amazing how much of a difference the ink color makes-- these blue backgrounds are the same color, but the one with white embossing looks so much lighter than the one stamped with darker teal ink. I used SSS glitter cardstock for the Merry & Bright sentiment and the shadow from Joyous Christmas is iridescent vellum from #lawnfawn . The gems are from #studiokatia
