Using both Paper Smooches (alien coloured with Zigs) and Simon Says stamp (stars and sentiment) images I made this card for the card drive. I used the sketch at the MFT challenge and masked the area to stamp the constellations in pink and lavender. I am submitting this card to www.cardchallenges.com/2017/03/wednesday-sketch-challenge..., www.cardchallenges.com/2017/03/mft-color-challenge-65.html, www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/simon-says-..., www.flickr.com/groups/simonsaysstamp/discuss/721576775384..., www.thedailymarker.com/2017/03/day-1-coloring-with-sharpi...

Can you say that I’m not done with this cute stamp set yet? 😄

Also, my first ever slimline card and boy, hats off to those who’ve already made a few!

I love the ‘Birthday Sweets’ stamp set from SSS + CZ design and that it has some really big and some skinny sentiments too. Perfect for whatever you may need.

Finally got a card made for this month's challenges. Entering it in Simon Says Stamp, For the Love of Stamping and LOVE! - Handmade cards, LOVE Challenge 80.

Another entry into the Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge 34. I can't keep my hands off this Heart of Roses die!

Supplies:

Heart of Roses and Congratulations die (Simon Says Stamp)

Stitched Rectangles (Simon Says Stamp)

Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh

Background created with Gansai Tambi Watercolors

Jennifer McGuire did a video quite some time ago using a word die and its coordinating shadow die to create a cool effect. I don't have any shadow word dies, but I figured I could do the same thing with a heart die for the current SSSFlickrChallenge (Love is in the Air). Wellll... it wasn't so easy. One lesson is to take the time to be precise. If you rush and fudge it, you'll definitely be able to see where things are wonky. But I figure my 5 year old niece won't really notice, right?

The SSS Wednesday Challenge this week is "The Color of Love." This card has a whole lot of pink going on, so I figured it would fit :)

And finally, the theme over at Time Out Challenge this week (timeoutchallenges.blogspot.fr/) is Inspired by Words. The quote is "Friends are connected heart to heart, distance and time can't break them apart."

SSS Products: Painted Hugs Die, Sending Die, Sending and Wishing stamps set

Made a couple of Christmas Cards using the Emboss Resist Technique with the SSS Kaleidoscope Background stamp and Festive Berries Distress Ink. I will add these to the current SSS Flickr Challenge. More details on my blog

My latest art journal entry was done using the Simon Says Stamp Henna Patterns stamp set & SSS Elizabeth Background stamp. The sentiments were done with a Maya Road stamp set and I used Dylusions paints & sprays to add colour. All embossing was done with Ranger Gold embossing powder.

Another card made using the Anna's Flowers stamp set. These flowers were stamped with Old Paper distress inks and then faux watercolored with additional distress inks. Adding this to the SSS flickr challenge of anything goes.

This card is for the Simon Says Stamp challenge #61 - I created this using the bonus "Magical Birthday" stamp set available when ordering from Simon Says Stamp in my birthday month! I received the code because I was subscribed to their newsletter!

The DIY video is available at www.shopleanne.com! :)

I just needed to paint something quick and easy! Simon Says Stamp's "Suzy's Birthday Notes" to the rescue. My Distress Inks were within reach, since I still haven't cleaned up my mess or put away ANYTHING, so I used them. The watercolor strip, on the side, was in my overflowing scrap container. One down, a couple of hundred strips to go! 😂 This is for the "Anything Goes" SSSflickrchallenge#76.

A Happy Birthday card made with Simon Says Stamp's Pointed Feathers dies and Blocked Circles stencil, also I used DCWV pastel glitter paper, Blue Raspberry Perfect Pearls, Ranger texture paste & Pretty Pink Posh sequins.

SSSflickrchallenge#17

Cut scraps into stripes from blue cardstock and blue glitter cardstock 😊 Added a vellum heart and thanks die from Simon Says Stamp 😊

You might call me crazy for this one, but as a papercrafter I hate to waste paper. A few days ago I posted a card where I used @simonsaysstamp Folk Dance die to create my own stencil. This is that stencil, with all the ink on it. I just liked its messy look and bright colors so I backed it up with teal cardstock, framed it in shimmery yellow, added some @tonicusa Nuvo drops, and voilà. Paper rescued. Dashing rectangle dies by @ecraftdesigns, sentiment die and stamp by @pinkandmain. I'm entering this card in Simon's Flickr and Wednesday challenges.

#simonsaysstamp, #sssflickrchallenge, #ssswchallenge, #sssfriendlyfrolic, #handmadecards, #cardmaking.

I made this card using a stencil from clear scraps and the background is inked suing distress inks. The whole background is covered using vellum, hence the subtle effect of all that distressing. The sentiment is from the "You" stamp set and I used the coordinating "You" die set. I have also used the mini hearts die. All the dies and stamps are from Simon Says Stamp.

Entering this card in the ongoing flickr challenge using complimentary colours from the colour wheel.

I used distress inks on watercolor paper, and put the candy cane stencil on top and sprayed with water, and dapped it off. I used the die cut from the first card, and die cut 5 more and glued all down. This card is also for SSSflickrchallenge#7

I needed some more thank you cards in my stash and quickly made this card using SSS stamps and dies. adding to the current SSS Flickr challenge. Blogged here

Playing along with the first SSS Flickr challenge.

SSS's products: feather dies, inks (orange peel, sunshine, green apple). Feathers are covered with sparkling embossing powder. Misted the background with biscotti Perfect Pearls Mist to add some shine.

More details and full supplies list are on my blog.

Thank you for stopping by!

Finally got something made for the current SSS flickr challenge (#15). I used the SSS set Flowers on My Mind and the SSS Thank You Ticket die. Flowers always make me think "spring"! I used the color combo from Color Throwdown so will be posting it there, as well. Thanks for taking a look! :)

colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/2015/03/color-throwdown-335.html

I haven't done pencil coloring on kraft in a while. The flowers are from @simonsaysstamp May card kit, and the trellis die is an older one from @annagriffininc. The flowers are foam taped over each other for a bit of dimension. I'm entering this card in Simon's Flickr challenge.

#sssflickrchallenge, #sssck, #simonsaysstamp, #handmadecards, #cardmaking, #cardmakinghobby, #paperart, #snailmail, #stamping, #greetingcards, #papercrafting, #cardmaker, #tarjeteria.
