Post Card: Shaw Savill Line Completed 1948,the back of the card is dated 12/07/50 about a trip to Las Palmas,nice cabin on the promenade deck,the furnishings are pretty not ultra modern.These people were not to known that the Gothic would be used by Queen Elizabeth as the Royal Yatch for the Coronation World Tour in 1954.
This SS Camaro was detailed by EcoAutoCleanATL.com using Go Green / Get Yellow Super Polymer Waterless Car Wash. The interior was also detailed including vacuuming, dash being cleaned and cup holders with Eco Auto All Purpose Cleaner as well as door jambs.

Strobist info:
Multiple strobes used for this image, then components composited together in Photoshop. Strobe bare bulb in front and rear of interior. Two strobes cam left and right, slightly behind car and pointed towards the car for roof line definition. strobes handheld and pointed towards visible front / rear guards. Three strobes pointed backwards to light the red beam behind the car, then stands cloned out. All strobes at 1/2 or 1/4 power.
A bakery originally owned by the SS holding company Deutsche Ausrüstungswerke and later Deutsche Lebensmittel GmbH. Slave labor from KZ Sachsenhausen staffed the bakery around the clock to make bread for the SS and other concentration camps.
Been driving a automatic for a number of years now, but when I see a 4 speed muscle car it stirs the memories of my time spent gabbing gears during my serious street racing days...

The SS Great Britain was a world first when she was launched in Bristol in 1843. This uniquely successful ship design brought together new technologies in a way which transformed world travel.
Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the most daring of the great Victorian engineers, conceived the groundbreaking combination of a screw propeller, an iron hull, and a massive 1000-horsepower steam engine.
She was immediately successful - on her maiden voyage across the Atlantic the ss Great Britain easily broke the previous speed record.
Although effectively a prototype, she continued sailing until 1886, and travelled thirty-two times around the world and nearly one million miles at sea.
She was finally abandoned in the Falkland Islands, in 1937, after more than 40 years use as a floating warehouse.
In 1970 an ambitious salvage effort brought her home to Bristol, where today she is conserved in the dry dock where she was originally built.
Two Steam Vessels, The Steam Pinnace Oesa is owned by a member of the SS Master Society, Ken Hall, who was recruited into help rebuild the Masters steam powered rudder control engine.
The SS Algoma Quebecois is a traditional straight deck laker that is designed to carry bulk cargo. It was built in 1963 and unlike many other Great Lakes vessels, it has never been converted to be a self-unloader.
