April is the end of the rainy season and the Vic Falls are now at their highest! Not the best time to photograph: views of the falls and in the depth are blocked by the spray, there are little rainbows and it is a huge challenge to keep the camera gear dry!

gullfoss. the largest waterfall in all of europe, is a very spray-heavy waterfall where the winds can move the spray in any direction, including where I was standing. I found this a relatively difficult waterfall to shoot because on this day there wasn't one real clear observation of it without drenching the lens and camera. a site to see nevertheless.

Sea spray. With the easterly breeze and the sea slightly rough the spray was lifting of the waves and drifting well inshore, this gave the coast a misty eerie atmosphere.
