Last Saturday, a train of two 94AA wagons arrived in Kłodzko, headed by SM42-2182 from ZEM Łabędy. The train was organized by TOZKiOS Pyskowice to take an over 100-year-old freight wagon from the Kłodzko Główne station to Pyskowice. The wagon comes from 1905 and was donated by PKP PLK. The transport was very successful, and wagon despite its age and condition, did not cause any problems during the journey. Such a trip gave the opportunity to capture a very interesting sight on the passenger-freight train.

Minionej soboty do Kłodzka zawitał skład dwóch wagonów 94AA z "Hucianą" SM42-2182 na czele. Pociąg został zorganizowany przez TOZKiOS w celu zabrania ponad 100-letniego wagonu towarowego ze stacji Kłodzko Główne do Pyskowic. Wagon pochodzi z 1905 roku i został przekazany przez PKP PLK. Transport przebiegł bardzo pomyślnie, a "Kadet" pomimo wieku i swojego stanu nie sprawił problemów podczas podróży. Taki przejazd dał okazje do uchwycenia bardzo ciekawego towosa na Magistrali Podsudeckiej.

Last Saturday, Metra passenger extra ~ Donnelley Brother's special train made 2 round trips out of Chicago to the western suburbs. I caught it going eastbound through Roselle, Illinois. The next shot below is the tail end of the train showing the "back porch" and a few men enjoying the trip back to Chicago Union Station and the last shot is the engine with the new Metra paint scheme.

Today was the last day of the 2023 Devon Sea Safari season which i have the pleasure to work for.
On a chilly golden autumn day we did two trips and on our last trip amongst other sightings we saw this beautiful North Atlantic Grey Seal which was not in the Atlantic nor is she grey.
This seal has been named by the local Sea watch Foundation as Fudge. I am not a fan of naming the wild animals, they are not pets, but this 3 year old fudge coloured example is a little beauty seen catching a few rays on the special mark approx 1 mile off Teignmouth.
This picturesque old house boat was barely afloat and desperately in need of repairs. It seem to be held up by old tires and a tarpaulin. Definitely a handyman special. It was photographed in the floating village on the Siem Reap River during monsoon season when the village migrates from Tonle Sap Lake into the river.

We've come to the end of our Special Holiday Week.
It's been a lot of fun for me, having all this attention from Dad, who took the week off--and all this attention from you!
Dad got some super photos, and we even got into Explore with my cousin Duke yesterday.
We got caught up in all the fun and posted more photos than we had first envisioned. For that reason, and also because Dad will be going back to work tomorrow to get an early start on next week, we won't be trying your patience with our regularly scheduled Saturday Morning Post. We will see you next on our Throwback Tuesday.
As for this photo, it's just slightly out of focus, but we like the resigned look on my face and the effect of the branches through which Dad is taking the shot.
I look tired, but it's a good tired; I got plenty of exercise this week.

Pictured on its first outing on the road since delivery from Optare on Wednesday 21st February, Go-Coach 6201 YJ18 DKX is seen at Polhill Garden Centre with company director Austin Blackburn at the wheel. Monday 5th March 2018.
Go-Coach celebrate their 10th Anniversary this year and have adorned this brand new vehicle in a special gold and purple livery to commemorate this milestone.

It was arriving as UAE241 (Emirates Airline) from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The special livery promoting "Emirates Courier Express" first entered service on this aircraft on May 14, 2025. This was the livery's first visit to CYYZ.
Metroline VP614 (LK04UWW) proudly on show at the Essex bus rally and Londoner in the Country show at Barleylands Farm.
This was the final box ticked having used a Willesden VP and Cricklewood TA at Potters Bar last weekend, and now used Harrow Weald's last VP here.
