Heart of a bovine tomato or Cœur de bœuf...
A beef tomato (popular English) is any of the largest varieties of cultivated tomatoes, some weighing 450 grams (0.99 lb) or more.
Most are pink or red with numerous small seed compartments (locules) distributed throughout the fruit, sometimes displaying pronounced ribbing similar to ancient pre-Columbian tomato cultivars.
Very meaty and fleshy with mouth-watering texture and flavour, this unusually shaped variety is one of our favourites.
Great for slicing and just superb used in Mediterranean type salads with mozzarella and olive oil. Yummy!
Enjoy playing with light, trying for that 'FLEMISH LGHT' the old masters were famous for.

In the past, the defunct power plant was a set for different kinds of films again and again. Also international productions were shot here. The post-apocalyptic vibe is a dream for many filmmakers. For us, however, this wasn’t fiction but a real adventure!
The grand powerhouse offers a brief glimpse into a forgotten era, preserved with all its glory intact. On our way back to the car, we were accompanied by a feeling of elation. Not having been stopped by security, we experienced a unique site, only a small amount of people will ever be able to explore.

Back Story ........................................
Left real early for The Dog Palace.
Lots of maintenance to do before my departure.
Many old plastic water pipes around The Dog Palace
have developed pinhole leaks now that they're used
on a regular basis.Broke the compound down into 6
sections. Numbered each grid and made note of any
leaks and what material was needed for repairs.
Now here's a little secret, for months I've been picking up
any discarded plastic pipe no matter what size, diameter or
length.So there's a good stash laid out in an orderly fashion in the bingo room. Glues cheap as is hacksaw blades.
Fed Mama then started right in on the water pipe project ......
Half the grids had been addressed, all leaks were repaired
in the first 3 grids and now time for a brake .......
Gathered up dog food bags an along with Mama crossed The Cement Walking Bridge. Mama waits here while I continue on for about 80 meters into The Leroy Crews Turf.
Tuff Guy jumps up on the rock wall chasing the monkeys away.
His food bag is opened and spread out, Tuff Guy's Happy .... ;-)
Next it's Honeys turn as she eagerly rubs my leg like a cat.
OK, now for this photo ................................
See the bag in my little helpers hand ? Well when the feeding started it was full to the top. I was zipping around spreading small piles of food while each dog consumed at the same time wording off aggressive monkeys !
Once the food bag was at a manageable size I tossed it to her and started shooting photos. Little Helper is Very Happy too ..;-)
Now it's time to head back to the cement walking bridge where Mama had been joined by Rocky, Tinker Bell, Little Stubby, and a heard of puppies from the nuns place.
Talk about chaos, imagine trying to walk while everybody wants to walk on the tops of your feet at the same time .
Well I finally just sat down on the ground and took all their abuse, it was frightening being on the bottom of a dog pile
with a dozen wet tongues in motion ! ..;- )~~~~~~
Finally escaped with Mama and went back to finish up the other 3 grids, which I did finish completely.
With the maintenance finish I said my goodbyes, mounted the new bike and continued on towards the Cambodian border.
No# 1 wife new I was on the way. Had lunch then semi helped her.
Dark had already arrived, not a good time to be on the road, especially on a small motor scooter. But there was 3 more dogs at home that were wondering about their dinner.
It was 9:30PM when I pulled into our compound. Fed the dogs then fed myself........ It's after 11PM right now .......
Won't see No# 1 for awhile, same with all the temple dogs.
Sister-in-law will live here in my absence ..

AH fazia bst tempo q não comprava pq sempre achei q eles não tinham umas cores tão legais assim... e tb não gostava da cobertura... sempre fazia bolinhas, lascavam e me irritava bastante... mais agoraaaaaaa TUDO mudou! A cobertura esta otima... com uma pincelada ja tampa bem a unha (tirando meu toc de necessidade de 3 camadas) e a cor...a gente a cor.... Ela é linnnnnnnnndaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! sabe a cor q vc passa e fica admirando suas unhas ao longo dos dias? pois é...é ela!
O Eliana decidi passar pq não ia me conter em passar só 1 esmalte com tantas novas opções... e como fazia tempo q eu não diferenciava o anelar dos demais decidi por esse q é um tom bem parecido mais com esse brilhos phyno! Tava super curiosa pra ver a qualidade dele... e aprovadissimo!!! 1 camada já ta perfeito! com certeza achu q dá pra fazer konad com ele (qndo minhas plaquinhas chegarem testo e coloco aki pra vcs) e seca bem rápido!

The HMMWV was designed primarily for personnel and light cargo transport behind front lines, not as a front line fighting vehicle. Like the previous Jeep, the basic HMMWV has no armor or protection against chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear threats. Nevertheless, losses were relatively low in conventional operations, such as the Gulf War. Vehicles and crews suffered considerable damage and losses during the Battle of Mogadishu due to the nature of the urban engagement; however, the chassis survivability allowed the majority of those crews to return to safety, though the HMMWV was never designed to offer protection against intense small arms fire, much less machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades. However, with the rise of asymmetric warfare and low intensity conflicts, the HMMWV has been pressed into service in urban combat roles for which it was not originally intended.
