This is one of the Gelis sp.Wasps, they are small flightless Ichneumon wasps that can be primary parasitoids and also secondary hyperparasitoids.
This one appears to be in a resting state and I found it under a fallen leaf at Wollaton Park, this was about 3mm in length at a guess.
This was taken at x5 magnification and is a 5 image focus stack :)

This is the Stemonitis sp. sporangium. The columella is out of the photo parallel to the top edge. The light colored surface net covers the spores which form inside. In this example, most spores have been released. Two spores are present to the left and up from centre. The surface net is held in place by the capillitium which branches from the columella. Here, the capillitium is the sider and darker colored structure compared with the surface net. The capillitium is more evident in www.flickr.com/photos/14643312@N02/20222144581 which is from the same set of sporangia.
This slime mold is also known as chocolate tube slime. Collected along the Dowagiac River. Specimens were mounted directly in PVA-LG.

"The skyscraper establishes the block, the block creates the street, the street offers itself to man."
This so reminds me of a senior photo... only difference is the senior changed from a high school senior to just a plain old-most senior (how old do you need to be to qualify anyway?)
and of course, the feet are cut off, I do that all the time!
