13. martā Zemessardzes 2.brigādes komandieris pulkvežleitnants Mareks Ozoliņš saņēma uzņēmuma AS “Latvijas Finieris” ziedojumu – četras medicīnas somas, kas paredzētas Zemessardzes 17. Pretgaisa aizsardzības bataljonam.
Jau ziņots, ka janvārī aizsardzības nozares vadība apbalvoja Zemessardzes atbalstītājus. AS “Latvijas Finieris” saņēma Aizsardzības ministrijas apbalvojumu nominācijā “Zemessargus visvairāk atbalstošais uzņēmums”. Latvijas uzņēmumi un iestādes apbalvošanai tika izvēlētas, balstoties uz 2016. gada nogalē zemessargu vidū veiktās aptaujas “Par Latvijas darba devēju atbalstu Zemessardzei” rezultātiem.
AS “Latvijas Finieris” sniedz lielu pretimnākšanu saviem darbiniekiem – zemessargiem, ļaujot viņiem piedalīties militārajās mācībās darba laikā, kā arī ikgadējam atmaksātajam atvaļinājumam piešķir divas papildu apmaksātas nedēļas brīvprātīgajam dienestam Zemessardzē. There are too many horses in the stable so this lovely Soma has to go. She is set up as a cyclocross rig at the moment, but is fully equipped with enough eyelets that several racks will not be a problem and then you have a reliable and trusty touring bike.
