this is Nemo, one of my daughter's 3 Rescue Kittens. He is being flown to his new loving owners tomorrow...another one has already gone and there is one still to go. They were born on a cruising boat and the owner couldn't keep them.

An organisation here collects kittens needing rescue...volunteers such as my daughter, care for them until they are able to go to a new loving home.

Happily, a lot of them go to people who live in apartments so they are never allowed to roam where they can hunt wildlife.

Dies ist nicht der erwähnte Crop, sondern eine überarbeitete Variante, die mir immer noch nicht so ganz gefällt, aber von mir immerhin als vorzeigbar eingestuft wurde :-)

Update: Ich habe den zu engen Crop ersetzt, da in der vorherigen Version der Kontext verloren gegangen ist (herzlichen Dank an Jörn (StellaMarisHH) für den Hinweis)!

Der aktuelle Crop entspricht ziemlich genau dem ursprünglichen, von mir verworfenem Crop, aber auf eine andere Aufnahme angewendet. Jetzt gefällt das Pano auch mir, offensichtlich lag mein Problem also nicht am Format, sondern an der zu Grunde liegenden Aufnahme.
