Sometimes i like to go a different path and not with a daily theme. Do you know what i mean. I am also a wee bit shy on truck photos. Well, I have them but they are on cameras and i have been so busy as of late.
Happy Thursday

Swallow-tailed Kite ~ (Elanoides forficatus)
A Swallow-tailed Kite gains some altitude after taking a sip of water leaving a trail of water drops.
Thanks for visiting!
Pop in a glass bottle. Some things were just better. The old way was special.
Macro and a good point of view.
Walking in the forest is like exploring life
It's like seeing everything with new eyes
It's like taking a sip of it all
A sip of the light
A sip of the pure greeness
A sip of gratitude
A sip of peacefulness
A sip of love
Feeling awe and refreshed after sipping it all
Sometimes we can only take in small sips
Observing is easier when you have less
Sometimes circumstances won't let you have more
A full mug might be too much
As in sipping love...
Sipping love makes you aware of how lucky you are having it in your life
You will notice that when it is not so easy accessible
You will not take that for granted anymore
The gratitude you feel is immensely grand
Because it is missing
But not gone
Just missing
Missing for the time being
It is coming back
Always
In some way or form
When you first have got the taste of love you will have it all, the whole mug
Giving love
Receiving love
Sometimes less is more
I can deal with less for a while, but I sure want more
At least when it comes to love
2 full mugs next time, thank you
Love this new outfit from Bauhaus available at Kpop Event and the new Doux hair called Jihyo at the same event.

Honestly, I just wanted to post this song more then anything :)
by Lamb "Gold"
(play is in the top right corner)
Stay with me forever and a day if I could be near you
For a lifetime Id never want for anything
Hearing your voice is like icicles down my spine
And touching your warm skin
Starts electric storms
Through my mind.
(Explore: Aug 23, 2008 #265). Another colour experiment with my favourite summer theme...goatsbeard seedheads.
Violet-capped Woodnymphs inhabit a wide range of habitats from untouched forests, to scrub, to suburban and city gardens. They gather nectar from both native and non-native flowers and also hunt for insects. During certain parts of the year, Violet-capped Woodnymphs migrate short distances. Males have a bluish violet cap and sparkle with dark green above and gold-green below. Females are dark greenish above and off-white below. During the breeding season, these woodnymphs adorn the outside of their nests with ferns and lichen. This is a male, enjoying a false verbena nectar - at Sítio Macuquinho.
Thanks a lot for your visits, comments, faves, invites, etc. Very much appreciated!

Beautifully patterned fresh Gray Comma butterfly casually sipping dissolved roadside gravel minerals.
Locally common though not so abundant this year.

Female Anna's Hummingbird sampling the agave flowers at Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Superior, Arizona. The Agave flower was rather high. I'm guessing 10ft (3m) tall.
A Little egret drinking water in the only way it knows: elegantly - little egrets always look elegant, to me at least.
A brightly-colored Great Golden Digger Wasp taking nectar from a Milkweed floret.
Common and abundant.

A barn swallow slices through the air like an arrow, skimming the water’s surface with precision. Its lower bill traces ripple streaks, leaving a trail behind the contact point and distorting the reflections beneath it. The scene captures a fleeting interaction between raw agility and nature’s quiet offering.
Wasps are much maligned but I like to get up really close to see their charming little ways. This one was having a really long drink this morning from a dew drop on a broccoli plant.
This was taken tonight in the garden. A Carolina Sphinx. Dig that big straw he uses to get the nectar out.
Must be viewed large.
