Stainless steeled artifact to cook by means of coal. It was used long time ago in the north of Spain by the railway workers to utilize some part of the coal they worked with to fix the meal.
It produces a delicious meal because of the much time needed with this kind of fire, which turns out to be much appreciated to mix all the components, flavours and textures.

The hidratation process of an specific pepper, much appreciated in the Spanish gastronomy (Pimiento choricero).
First off you get the dry pepper and you need to put it under water for some hours, to be able to separate the appreciated "meat" from the pepper's skin.

I didn't realise the turmeric, cardamon and pistachio was actually a traditional Indian favourite, the kulfi! Delicious!
The salted caramel chocolate was pleasingly salty, not just a token sprinkle of salt, and the floral lychee was a nice match for the grassy green dragonfruit.
