we will have many bbq's like this one over this summer traveling around texas and finding rad parks near campsites and large open water. there will be many other sessions around our home base in Austin.

Blind contour of inorganic objects.
Our second workshop was led by Chris Holt. The topic was Blind Contour and Timed Sketching. We started drawing with an organic object and then moved to drawing inorganic objects on the table. Next we tried blind contour drawing of the person across from you, which was way more amusing than we expected. Lastly we practiced timed sketching of an object on the table to show progression of detail in a given timeframe.
