Peer2Peer sessions, most facilitated by subject matter experts, provided a forum for attendees to talk about topics of interest to them. This was a session on Agile and CMMI.
Inorganic object practice.
Our second workshop was led by Chris Holt. The topic was Blind Contour and Timed Sketching. We started drawing with an organic object and then moved to drawing inorganic objects on the table. Next we tried blind contour drawing of the person across from you, which was way more amusing than we expected. Lastly we practiced timed sketching of an object on the table to show progression of detail in a given timeframe.

BUILDING AN OPEN A.I. ECOSYSTEM
Hosted by Intel
A.I. is moving fast at all levels, making it more difficult and complex to
build and deploy solutions. Rapid A.I. innovation does not happen in a
walled garden. Achieving A.I. everywhere requires an open software
ecosystem that can streamline workflows, reduce cost, and accelerate
innovation while ensuring security and ethical practices. What are the
most relevant implications of an open ecosystem? How can organizations share and best leverage open innovation to empower their industries and maximize benefits of AI?

Some visuals work in progress for Middlewood Sessions at Cargo this Friday. Come one come all, you poor people that couldn't go to SXSW either.
