SEO - Search Engine Optimization is a process of getting 'FREE' or 'NATURAL' & 'ORGANIC' web traffic through searches made using search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. The more organic traffic your website gets, its visibility on the search engine gets increased or enhanced. Why does your website's visibility on search engines needs to be higher?Since most users who search for anything on the internet through a search engine like Google, never click on search results that are listed beyond the first page. So, if your website isn't getting listed within the top of the search results, then the chances of getting an inquiry or reaching the target audience gets reduced/minimized.Hard stats: Google's top 5 search results get 75% of inquiries/leads for any business.Time to check your website's listing on Google and increase the visibility of your business. Local SEO is extremely competitive. And if you want to outrank your competitors you have to be aggressive. Or better yet, you need to focus your efforts on tactics they either don't know about or that they are too lazy to implement.
With that being said, here are 3 super simple local SEO tactics that are guaranteed to give you a competitive advantage.
Utilize Google Posts
Before you can utilize Google posts you must first claim your Google My Business (#GMB) listing. If you haven't done this already you need to stop reading this article and do it right now.
If you fail to claim your #GoogleMyBusiness listing the chances of your business showing up in the local search results will be slim to none. Now that we have that out of the way let's talk about Google posts and how they can help your business.
While most local businesses will claim their Google My Business listing and forget about it, you're going to do the complete opposite and start utilizing Google posts.
Google posts allow you to attach a mini ad to your Google My Business #listing. The ad can include a picture, landing page URL, special offer or anything that you want your potential customers to know about.
To set up a Google post simply log into your Google My Business listing account, click on "post" and get started. Make sure your post is compelling so that people will want to click on it and find out more.
Make Sure Your Google My Business Listing Is in the Right Category
Selecting the right category for your business has a huge impact on how Google ranks it. If you notice one of your competitors ranking better than you, take a look at what category they are listed under.
Its okay to do a little experimenting with the #category. Just make sure that whatever category you choose accurately fits the type of business you run.
Avoid the urge to select several different #categories as doing so could put you at a disadvantage.
Finding the best category for your business will require a bit of trial and error. But once you find the best category your rankings will start to climb and you will be in a much better position to outrank your competitors.
Write High Quality
Having a blog on your website is a great way to get a ton of Google love. Creating high quality content about various events going on in your local area is a great way to generate local traffic to your website.
This is one of those tactics that take a great deal of time and patience. You have to be consistent with your blog posts if you want to see big time results. While there is no need to post new content on your blog everyday, you do want to make it a point to add new content at least twice a month.
If you don't like writing you can always hire a freelancer from websites such as Upwork.com or Guru.com. You should be able to get 2-3 high quality blog posts written for less than $200.

Spinal manipulation, which chiropractors call "spinal adjustment" or "chiropractic adjustment", is the most common treatment used in chiropractic care. Spinal manipulation is a passive manual maneuver during which a three-joint complex is taken past the normal range of movement, but not so far as to dislocate or damage the joint. Its defining factor is a dynamic thrust, which is a sudden force that causes an audible release and attempts to increase a joint's range of motion. High-velocity, low-amplitude spinal manipulation (HVLA-SM) thrusts have physiological effects that signal neural discharge from paraspinal muscle tissues, depending on duration and amplitude of the thrust are factors of the degree in paraspinal muscle spindles activation. Clinical skill in employing HVLA-SM thrusts depends on the ability of the practitioner to handle the duration and magnitude of the load. More generally, spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) describes techniques where the hands are used to manipulate, massage, mobilize, adjust, stimulate, apply traction to, or otherwise influence the spine and related tissues.
There are several schools of chiropractic adjustive techniques, although most chiropractors mix techniques from several schools. The following adjustive procedures were received by more than 10% of patients of licensed U.S. chiropractors in a 2003 survey: Diversified technique (full-spine manipulation, employing various techniques), extremity adjusting, Activator technique (which uses a spring-loaded tool to deliver precise adjustments to the spine), Thompson Technique (which relies on a drop table and detailed procedural protocols), Gonstead (which emphasizes evaluating the spine along with specific adjustment that avoids rotational vectors), Cox/flexion-distraction (a gentle, low-force adjusting procedure which mixes chiropractic with osteopathic principles and utilizes specialized adjusting tables with movable parts), adjustive instrument, Sacro-Occipital Technique (which models the spine as a torsion bar), Nimmo Receptor-Tonus Technique, applied kinesiology(which emphasises "muscle testing" as a diagnostic tool), and cranial. Chiropractic biophysics technique uses inverse functions of rotations during spinal manipulation. Koren Specific Technique (KST) may use their hands, or they may use an electric device known as an "ArthroStim" for assessment and spinal manipulations. Insurers in the US and UK that cover other chiropractic techniques exclude KST from coverage because they consider it to be "experimental and investigational." Medicine-assisted manipulation, such as manipulation under anesthesia, involves sedation or local anesthetic and is done by a team that includes an anesthesiologist; a 2008 systematic review did not find enough evidence to make recommendations about its use for chronic low back pain.
Many other procedures mentioned in Chiropractic SEO guide for treating the spine, other joints and tissues, and general health issues. The following procedures were received by more than one-third of patients of licensed U.S. chiropractors in a 2003 survey: Diversified technique (full-spine manipulation; mentioned in previous paragraph),physical fitness/exercise promotion, corrective or therapeutic exercise, ergonomic/postural advice, self-care strategies, activities of daily living, changing risky/unhealthy behaviors, nutritional/dietary recommendations, relaxation/stress reduction recommendations, ice pack/cryotherapy, extremity adjusting (also mentioned in previous paragraph), trigger point therapy, and disease prevention/early screening advice.
A 2010 study describing Belgium chiropractors and their patients found chiropractors in Belgium mostly focus on neuromusculoskeletal complaints in adult patients, with emphasis on the spine. The diversified technique is the most often applied technique at 93%, followed by the Activator mechanical-assisted technique at 41%. A 2009 study assessing chiropractic students giving or receiving spinal manipulations while attending a U.S. chiropractic college found Diversified, Gonstead, and upper cervical manipulations are frequently used methods.

Seo Hyun-jin debuted as the lead vocalist of K-pop girl group M.I.L.K in 2001. However, the girl group soon fell by the wayside due to fierce competition among manufactured bands, which led to one of the members quitting before the outfit completely disbanded in 2003.
After M.I.L.K. was dissolved, Seo attended Dongduk Women's University, where she majored in applied music to keep her dream of a career in singing alive. As a solo artist she contributed songs to a few soundtracks and SM Town compilations. When she got a chance to perform in her first musical, The Sound of Music, in 2006, she saw it as a turning point to begin her acting career. Besides joining more theatrical productions, Seo shot a movie and a short drama with boyband DBSK (at the time she and the group were under the agency SM Entertainment).
Supporting roles followed in the TV police procedural H.I.T (2007) and queer film Ashamed (also known as Life Is Peachy, 2011), though Seo got noticed for her subtler performances in period dramas such as Hwang Jini (2006), particularly her career-making performance in The Duo (2011) as a neighborhood tomboy who later becomes a gisaeng. She played her first villain in Feast of the Gods (2012), as an overly ambitious chef caught in a rivalry. Seo was then cast in more leading roles in the period dramas The King's Daughter, Soo Baek-hyang (2013) and The Three Musketeers (2014). But she said the character that most resembled her real-life personality was the foodie freelance writer in Let's Eat 2 (2015), adding that she "didn't realize how much fun shooting a lively and comical drama could be.
Seo has also frequently appeared in projects directed by her best friend, actress Ku Hye-sun, notably short film The Madonna and the feature film Magic, in which she had her first leading role.
