Raekwon entró a formar parte de Wu-Tang Clan a tiempo para participar en Enter the Wu-Tang: 36 Chambers, el exitoso álbum debut del grupo. Más tarde, firmó en solitario con Loud Records, y trabajando con Ghostface Killah grabó su debut en solitario Only Built 4 Cuban Linx (que en un principio se iba a llamar Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...Niggaz). El álbum tuvo buenas críticas, a pesar de tener unas ventas algo flojas. Es posiblemente el mejor trabajo en solitario realizado por un miembro de Wu-Tang (rivalizando con el Liquid Swords de GZA), en parte gracias a la imaginación cinematográfica de Raekwon. Si quizás GZA es el mejor letrista del grupo, Raekwon es el mejor escritor, ya que en este álbum traduce los temas épicos y narrativas de una película de Mafia. Aunque Raekwon no fuera el primero en realizar una conexión entre el gangsta rap y la Cosa Nostra (Mafia), su capacidad narradora en canciones como "Spot Rusherz" conduce a muchas comparaciones con Kool G Rap (pionero de esa idea), y este álbum en general es a menudo acreditado de popularizar la tendencia de usar la Mafia y temas de una película de gangsta rap para el hip hop.
Raekwon participó en 1997 con el resto del grupo en Wu-Tang Forever, y dos años más tarde grabó Immobilarity. Muchos fans mostraron su antipatía ante la decisión del rapero de usar productores inexpertos aunque prometedores en vez de los productores internos de Wu-Tang, aunque a pesar de ello el álbum fue 'oro' (más de 500.000 copias vendidas). Raekwon también colaboró en demasía en los álbumes Ironman, Supreme Clientele y Bulletproof Wallets, todos ellos de Ghostface Killah, además de en los singles "John Blaze" y "Skew It On The Bar-B", de Fat Joe y Outkast respectivamente.

The characters at Disney were so great with the kids.... even the evil ones. Cruella was too funny with her rudeness as she told the kids to scram after the picture was taken.
Paint it green! It actually looks as if Bodgit & Scram Ltd were engaged with the painting at some point but the overall impression isn't too bad
The man with red flag is where the note is marked. You will see a zoomed picture of him in after 2-3 pictures in this set.
We reached this spot at 11:38am ... just when a spell of rocks were tumbling down! It is really dangerous to cross here! After waiting some 30 minutes the guy lowered his red flag.
And we scramabled and ran across the rubble for 100 to 200M of rock fall stretch.
Even so it is dangerous to cross here on foot with a backpack. The fallen rock rubble is lying loose and in your hurry you could easily have your foot caught irretrievably in the spaces between the fallen rocks! If that happens you are unmoving target for next set of rocks coming down.
We heard several people suffered serious injuries here today. I arrived at the other end safe but my heart beating at a heavy pace from the dashing effort and the scare of being squashed by a boulder!
Joseph used to be really afraid of the dark as soon as the sun was coming down his tail would start getting lower and lower and he would scram home as fast as possible. But since we have Maya ( our 6 month old Daughter ) we have not been able to go for a walk until way after it get's dark. At first he was scared and didn't really enjoy the walks but I think it rehabilitated him because now he runs around like a Coyote. Which brings me to another subject that really pisses me off.
I don't know if anyone has read this article, I apologize upfront to all the Chihuahua owners and what I will be writing below is just my opinion nothing else. But I mean who in there right mind leaves there chihuahua outside in their backyard in the evening when it's getting dark knowing they live right by a ravine!?? And then get's surprised that a Coyote jumps the fence and has him for dinner?? To top it of he's saying now that he is scared for his little kids and other dog. So what he would leave his children in the backyard in the evening unattended now too? He actually wanted Humane Society to search the forest and kill every coyote in sight!!! FUCK!!! That pisses me off!! This is nature it's fair game, in my opinion and once again this is just my opinion anything that is smaller then a Cat is not a dog for me!! They are to kept inside if you enjoy "dogs" like that and do there business in a litter box or at least don't be surprised if they get eaten by Coyotes. And now since three days they are warning all Residents how to fight against Coyotes and what to do!! They also need to survive I think people forget who were here first!!! Sometimes....actually most of the time I would have to say I am ashamed to belong to the human race!! What we do to this planet is just unthinkable!!

...tell the snow to scram! (actually, with the recent warmth, it has). No parking here anymore, snow or no snow, since this is the just-closed Des Plaines Oasis , which was located on the Jane Addams Tollway (I-90) northwest of Chicago. Open since 1959, it beckoned weary travelers to take a break for a breather or a meal, and perhaps a fill-up as well.
They opened in 1959 with Fred Harvey restaurants as the exclusive dining establishment. Howard Johnson's took over the locations in the mid-1970s. By the 1980s, McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's each had exclusive rights to different oases.
Not until a huge renovation program was completed in 2005.did the oases offer a variety of dining choices. Each oasis' overhead building was razed and rebuilt, allowing uninterrupted views over the busy tollway below. They also then started to offer an array of choices. McDonald's were now located in each oasis, as well as Taco Bell, Starbucks, Panda Express, Sbarro, Subway and others.

Panellit Gauges. There's one of these indicators monitoring the temperature of every process tube. If any of them got too hot, it could cause an emergency reactor shutdown, or "SCRAM". Of course, as the sign says, accidentally bumping the panel of gauges might also cause a reactor scram...

Lovely spot and whilst there saw our daughter and son in Law. Plus I had a day to myself and so hired a Royal Enfield Scram from Bikerbnb Adventures bike shop/dealer in Edinburgh.

"Space: Above and beyond" (or Space: 2063 in german TV) was quite contrary to my beloved Star Trek. Nonetheless I liked it a lot back then. Most prominently of course, the iconic Hammerhead attack jet.

I had other photos to upload but the wifi here at the hostel kinda stinks (I'm leeching off a neighbor's wifi) so I'm going to post my story here and move it to the photos I took of tonight when i get them uploaded later..
antony and i stayed at the edison hotel which was located around the corner form times square. unfortunately, we couldn't book tuesday night with them because they were booked solid.
so we had to book with a hostel for tonight.
when we got back to our hostel around 1am, we noticed all these police cars and forensics vans around the area. we walked around and sure enough, it was our hostel which was police taped off.
antony asked what happened and they wouldn't say much and told us to scram for an hour or two. we asked another cop who told us that they found a suspicious package in the hotel.
we walked around and found the rest of the people staying at the hostel all huddled around the bank nearby. a group of travellers from france told us that there was a murder in the hotel. she said she saw forensics going inside without any suits on at first. when antony and i arrived, they were entering the place in hazmat suits though.
eventually, they told us it was safe to enter. there was a strange pile of clothes and a small suitcase in the lobby to which one of the employees asked the cop what was going to happen to them. the cop said "those belonged to her, we're going to take them and dispose of them".
the staff said there was a gas leak in the area somewhere but they wanted to investigate the hotel so they police taped off the hotel. they also said that they made everyone stay in their rooms who were already in the hotel. kinda strange for a gas leak, no? wouldn't they evacuate the place?
we think it might've been some kind of strange suicide taking place here. course the staff wouldn't say 'someone died here tonight.. just go to bed, you'll be fine". they'd try to hide it so people wouldn't demand their money back and go elsewhere.

The front view of my Skaven Screaming Bell. You may notice the warpstone is not glowing brightly or illuminating it's surroundings as many painters have happen with warpstone. I happen to have paid attention to the description of this substance. It is a black rock with a dull green inner glow that doesn't illuminate the surroundings.

The first-ever SALISH 100, June 22-28, 2019, is a small-boat cruise running the length of Puget Sound--100 nautical miles from Olympia to Port Townsend, Washington, and including more than 100 watercraft ranging from Stand-Up Paddleboards to kayaks, rowing boats to pocket-cruising sailboats, and about 15 larger support boats, otherwise known as Motherships.
Organized by the Port Townsend Pocket Yachters group, the SALISH 100 was commercially sponsored by Duckworks Boat Builder's Supply of Port Townsend. Co-sponsors included the Northwest Maritime Center, the Puget Sound chapter of the Traditional Small Craft Association (TSCA), Kingston Mercantile & Marine, The Artful Sailor, Small Craft Advisor magazine, and the Gig Harbor Boat Shop.
Planned overnight stops along the route included Henderson Cove just east of Olympia WA, Penrose Point Marine State Park, Gig Harbor, Blake Island Marine State Park, the Port of Kingston, and Mats Mats Bay before the final destination of Port Townsend.
Boaters came in from all over North America to participate in the event, which promised to be the largest organized small-boat cruise in North America, if not the world.
