they took off their scarves after I promised not to take any more pictures or even hang around.It's fascinating they feel so shy about it. Nesli says they are really more fashion conscious than her under all those cover ups. The woman on the right is like Nesli and doesn't wear a scarf (she even wore pajamas). It's more of a village thing as opposed to a big city like Istanbul wear scarf wearing is a minority (at least for now)

this is a crocheted headband, which you also can use as a scarf. there are a lot of ways to wear it!
on the pattern, there were a flat round and leaves instead of the cupcake and the candy. But I thought that these were funnier, and more in your tastes! and I found it better & more original with 3-dimensional motifs instead of flat ones
