Buba wearing my scarf (flu's been of the nasty kind, 2 weeks and still I'm not entirely ok...) and looking generally concerned. But don't let appearances fool you, she had treats and (one) spaghetti just before this photo was taken... ;)

... always close by through the cold months, my knitted woolen scarf!

Finally finished this scarf a few weeks ago. Took a while cause I kept getting sidetracked with something else. I'm very happy with how it turned out...love the lace pattern and the color. :)

When asked what I see in him to take photographs in him, I said I loved the red scarf- it tells the story that winter is almost here.

On the topic of 'winter', he asked what we photographers find so attractive in it, and I knew he is talking about none other than Nayeem Bhai who used to visit this place quite often.

Bose Brothers, one of the earliest sweet shops of Chittagong is still renowned for its authentic taste.

38# - Material - 52 in 2017

Before zooming in, this scarf appears incredibly smooth and shiny - almost iridescent. However, when you focus on only an inch or two, the weave predominates and the silky appearance disappears. Still interesting, but nothing like what I was anticipating!

I found this fun scarf while shopping with my hubby downtown on valentine's day. Also got it in about 5 other colors, so FUN! Bigger on my website, in my newborn gallery. Thanks for looking.

My Daughter asked for a scarf and chose the yarns.

I have to find the wrapper for the black, but the rest are:

Lion Boucle - Blueberry. I got about 10 skeins of this when it clearanced for a $1 so it's good to use it up!

Lion Brand Fancy Fur - Stormy Sea (do they even make this any longer?)

Sensations Angel Hair - Light Green

The good thing about a huge stash of yarn is that we can always come up with great combos for scarves!

Don't ask why. Don't ask how. Don't comment on the tripod just out of shot with pegs and sticky-tape. Don't ask questions about why she's got no top on implying she's warm and yet is wrapped in a scarf.

It just seemed like something different to do you know? ;-)

Plain stockinette with remnants for the fringe.

I have just finished my scarf. This is the only blue piece of clothes I have...

I don't even know if I will wear it...

But knitting is good for nerves ;)))

I was looking through some old photos and found this scarf with my grandparent's wedding cake topper wrapped inside of it. They were married in 1946, I am assuming this scarf is from around that time?
