Here is how I make my salsa
5 Roma Tomatoes (you can use as many as you want. this last us for 2 days, were addicted)
4/5 Chili Peppers. Depends on how spicy you want it. I like mines very spicy
1 1/2 White Onion
1 Bunch of Cilantro. I cut off all the leves and just leave the stems
1 Lemon. I squeeze the juice out of both halves
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Salt
Put it in the blender, and blend until mixed. The seasons are to taste so sprinkle a little and add more as desired. My and my husband eat this almost every single night. Otherwise it might last a little longer
Process 2 mangos, juice of 2 limes, 1/4 red onion, 1 seeded roasted habonero pepper (wear gloves!), 2 cloves garlic, 2 tomatoes, 3 tbsp raw sugar and 1 bunch cilantro- season with salt and pepper.

Captured this photo of two salsa dancers heating up the dance floor during the Christmas holiday party
This was my photo essay project for Photography II at a local community college. The assigned subject was Veggies in Close by Window Light.
I shot all pictures with Exposure Bracketing with continuous shooting mode turned on (it would shoot 3 pictures then stop), so that I could pick the best exposure for the particular subject.
I shot this in both f/4 and f/8. I thought the f/4 would be the best one, but I thought having the garlic peel in focus looked better for this particular shot. Focus was on the garlic top on the right.
