From a visit to Lapland a few years ago. I thought my photos had come out too dark but managed to lighten this one enough! A very magical trip with my two daughters. Is it nearly that time already?!?!?

My foray into the world of cabins! I wanted to try out a smaller model for this series and lean into the charming outdoors vibe that has been so popular in LEGO sets in recent years.

The battered redwood roof and siding give this old weathered barn, off Highway 101 in a rural area of Monterey County, California, a distinctive look. A barn has a special place in a farm setting. It speaks of simple farm life in days gone by. This old barn is a historical symbol of the rural American landscape.
