A pair of cabooses (cabeese? What was our consensus) and a boxcar sit behind an industry in West Duluth, basically disconnected from the rail network. As far as I know, these are owned by the Lake Superior & Mississippi Railroad.

There are a few items that belonged to my grandparents that I have kept and used regularly. This rake is one of those things. I love this old metal rake, with its old wooden handle, and I prefer it to any newer rake that is stored in my garage. So I am giving this its own portrait.

Saw this rusted out box in front of a parking lot. It was full of stories. :)

(It's funny, but this is one of my favorites from yesterday, and it's not drawing any comments. :( Just goes to show you how subjective this all is...)
