Water logging is a curse for any city or country.The people of Chittagong want to get rid of this curse.The city experiences waterlogging during the rainy season every year.Unclean drainage is the main cause of this waterlogging.Due to this waterlogging, human life becomes very narrow.It's difficult to identify which is drain and which is road.The biggest problem is with sick patients.Unable to get an ambulance due to waterlogging, the boy takes his father to the hospital in the rain on a stretcher by van.

Ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ποιμὴν ὁ καλός.
1 Ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, ὁ μὴ εἰσερχόμενος διὰ τῆς θύρας εἰς τὴν αὐλὴν τῶν προβάτων, ἀλλὰ ἀναβαίνων ἀλλαχόθεν, ἐκεῖνος κλέπτης ἐστὶ καὶ λῃστής·
2 ὁ δὲ εἰσερχόμενος διὰ τῆς θύρας ποιμήν ἐστι τῶν προβάτων.
3 Τούτῳ ὁ θυρωρὸς ἀνοίγει, καὶ τὰ πρόβατα τῆς φωνῆς αὐτοῦ ἀκούει, καὶ τὰ ἴδια πρόβατα καλεῖ κατ' ὄνομα καὶ ἐξάγει αὐτά.
4 Καὶ ὅταν τὰ ἴδια πρόβατα ἐκβάλῃ, ἔμπροσθεν αὐτῶν πορεύεται, καὶ τὰ πρόβατα αὐτῷ ἀκολουθεῖ, ὅτι οἴδασι τὴν φωνὴν αὐτοῦ·
5 ἀλλοτρίῳ δὲ οὐ μὴ ἀκολουθήσωσιν, ἀλλὰ φεύξονται ἀπ' αὐτοῦ, ὅτι οὐκ οἴδασι τῶν ἀλλοτρίων τὴν φωνήν.
6 Ταύτην τὴν παροιμίαν εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἐκεῖνοι δὲ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν τίνα ἦν ἃ ἐλάλει αὐτοῖς.
7 Εἶπεν οὖν πάλιν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι ἡ θύρα τῶν προβάτων.
8 Πάντες ὅσοι ἦλθον πρὸ ἐμοῦ, κλέπται εἰσὶ καὶ λῃσταί· ἀλλ' οὐκ ἤκουσαν αὐτῶν τὰ πρόβατα.
9 Ἐγώ εἰμι ἡ θύρα· δι' ἐμοῦ ἐάν τις εἰσέλθῃ, σωθήσεται, καὶ εἰσελεύσεται καὶ ἐξελεύσεται, καὶ νομὴν εὑρήσει.
10 Ὁ κλέπτης οὐκ ἔρχεται εἰ μὴ ἵνα κλέψῃ καὶ θύσῃ καὶ ἀπολέσῃ· ἐγὼ ἦλθον ἵνα ζωὴν ἔχωσι καὶ περισσὸν ἔχωσιν.
11 Ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ποιμὴν ὁ καλός. ὁ ποιμὴν ὁ καλὸς τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ τίθησιν ὑπὲρ τῶν προβάτων·
12 Ὁ μισθωτὸς δὲ καὶ οὐκ ὢν ποιμήν, οὗ οὐκ εἰσὶ τὰ πρόβατα ἴδια, θεωρεῖ τὸν λύκον ἐρχόμενον καὶ ἀφίησι τὰ πρόβατα καὶ φεύγει· καὶ ὁ λύκος ἁρπάζει αὐτὰ καὶ σκορπίζει τὰ πρόβατα.
13 Ὁ δἑ μισθωτὸς φεύγει, ὅτι μισθωτός ἐστι καὶ οὐ μέλει αὐτῷ περὶ τῶν προβάτων.
14 Ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ποιμὴν ὁ καλός, καὶ γινώσκω τὰ ἐμὰ καὶ γινώσκομαι ὑπὸ τῶν ἐμῶν,
15 καθὼς γινώσκει με ὁ πατὴρ κἀγὼ γινώσκω τὸν πατέρα, καὶ τὴν ψυχήν μου τίθημι ὑπὲρ τῶν προβάτων.
16 Καὶ ἄλλα πρόβατα ἔχω, ἃ οὐκ ἔστιν ἐκ τῆς αὐλῆς ταύτης· κἀκεῖνά με δεῖ ἀγαγεῖν, καὶ τῆς φωνῆς μου ἀκούσουσι, καὶ γενήσεται μία ποίμνη, εἷς ποιμήν.

I am not sure why but when I saw this scene as we were driving past I yelled, "stop!" It reminded me so much of the scene in Forrest Gump where Jenny and Forrest are praying in the corn field. I couldn't get it out of my head. I guess it touched me in a way and I had to share.

"Welcome Home" - an abandoned farm house surrounded by wheat fields, west Nebraska.
This is one of my favorite abandoned houses I photographed. I am looking forward to exploring west Nebraska soon.
Taken on the 18th of Jan - the day after the snowstorm that brought havoc to Ontario and Quebec. The sky was this beautiful blue.

Yes, this is the same schoolhouse I posted a while ago but decided to show in black and white to see what you think of it.
Here's the story:
That morning about two months ago, I decided to go out to photograph one of my favorite schoolhouses. The weather looked fine, just very windy from the south and the road condition on the highway looked fine, but as soon as I turned my truck onto the rural road and realized the condition was a quite different compared to the highway. I just went ahead, but as far as I went, and it looked worse due to a lot of snowdrifts from the windy. I was thinking of turning around, but I kept forward. At the middle point between schoolhouse and highway, my truck got stranded temporarily, even I drove with the 4-wheel mode. It sorta freaked me out. I kept thinking what to do, a short time later I remembered my truck had the 'deep snow' feature, switched to it which helped my truck got out of it. After I arrived to my destination, and immediately photographed the schoolhouse. After I finished photographing the schoolhouse, I went back to the same route I came from, but nope the road, especially west and east routes, looked worse ... I mean, the snowdrift looked taller, so had to use my strategy on how to get myself out and decided to drive south and made it home.
It was a very interesting day for me, LOL!

Gethsemane Lutheran Church; built in 1922 and originally served Swedish settlers. It's now abandoned and decaying.

I found this little Eggplant mixed in with my plants when I had brought them home from the nursery. I absolutely hate eggplant. I remember when I was young, my dad made an Eggplant casserole, and mind you, he used to be a head chef at a nice restaurant and can cook anything well. With that being said, for some reason this casserole upset my stomach so much that I spent the night vomiting. I never again ate an Eggplant. So I am sorry Black Beauty, you are going to be left out of the garden this year. Nice try sneaking in without a ticket! HAHAHA!
This abandoned house is located in Angora, Nebraska.
Angora is an unincorporated community in northern Morrill County. It lies along U.S. Route 385, north of the city of Bridgeport, the county seat of Morrill County.
This town is nearly gone, except for a post office and a house next to it. Used to be some houses, and most are razed due to new road construction, from two to four lanes.
This pic was taken on July 4, 2021. And I don't know if this house still there.
