Taken at an amusement park ride. Other than adding a bit of light, there are no other effects to this photo.

Just a shot of Savanah's "ruby" slipper. She kept insisting I take a picture of it, so I did. I kinda like the simplicity of this shot. I don't know what it is beyond that, but I just really like this shot.

...there's a drag queen on a yellow brick road. One's gonna need ruby sllippers for such a journey. These were centerpieces for the St Alphonsus Auction Dinner 2010 in Greendale.

(I won Photoshop Elements 8 in the raffle! This was really cool because my version was Photoshop 4.1, and it kept crashing)

Yay, almost time to turn the heel! Well, it was a yay because I'm excited to wear these. I'm hoping they will be knee highs. But, I was also concerned because I've ended up with holes on the knit side of my short row heels every time. This time I didn't though! Eep :-)

I still have to reference the Ann Budd article in last years Interweave Knits for some of the parts. I know cuff down socks by heart but am trying to take more advantage of toe up socks lately. I even used contrasting yarn for toes and heels to get all that I can of the Ruby Slippers.

Didn't work, still had to take the 8.5+ hr flight to London, then 4 hour layover in Heathrow, then 1hr flight to EDI, then a taxi before arriving home.
