Special Technique: No special technique
Rule Breaking: The subject is currently in the center of the frame but because of her obvious motion in the middle of the routine she was spinning, it can be inferred that she came from the left side of the frame and is headed to the right. She is in the center because she is in mid motion between the two sides. The image isn't too centered because of the hot pink flag on the left side of the image that will follow her as she spins into the right side.
