Last night I had one of the funniest dream ever. I was in the 50s, in my house, and I was watching at a sort of real comedy involving my grandparents. They are usually hilarious people and watching them in their youth was better than any situation comedy! I couldn't be seen and I totally enjoyed that Italian 50s atmosphere. So when I woke up I wore my authentic 50s lingerie and shot these. I was too undecided about which one to post...so I posted both :)

Happy Macro Monday. My daily routine includes looking at the photos of people I follow and choosing favorites. Taken with iPhone 6s.

I usually have one cup of coffee a day and this is my favourite flavour.

I have a pretty awesome work neighbourhood, so my daily routine takes me past these iconic buildings, the V&A museum to the left and the Science Museum, and Natural History Museum to the right.

Macro Mondays - My Daily Routine

I love Brooklyn. Nothing can shake our routine. Not even any disaster or pandemic. Nothing. Nothing can shake our spirit. Despite all the flaws no place is more inspiring than Brooklyn. ♥️ It feels so comfortable here. Feels like home among “my people”. And by my people I don’t mean Russian people I mean people who grew up here. Who are immigrants or have families who moved here or just grew up here. Sometimes I wonder if people who grew up in Brooklyn can actually feel like themselves elsewhere. Is that really possible? Anyways ... I really love Brooklyn & inspiration it brings into people’s lives. More than we will ever realize or know ♥️♥️

Welcome to Ottawa ;-)

A daily routine of me is to charge all the nifty electronic devices, which I think I can't live without, even I survived the first decades of my life without them quite well.

(apple watch charging dock)

Wanted to update everyone on my progress and am hoping to get back to a somewhat normal routine tomorrow. I had hoped for a quicker recovery, but it is what it is. I have felt fine, but energy levels were low and I spent too much time with my eyes closed over the past few days. The Paxlovid did the trick as far as curing the symptoms, BUT the taste left in my mouth was difficult to deal with. It was a vile metallic taste that did not go away and at time would keep me awake at night. I’m off the medication and even though there is still a bit of a bad taste in my mouth it is on the wane. I am and will be fine and don’t want anyone to worry about me. My daughter lives close by and has been taking good care of me with soups and such.

Wanted to update everyone and look forward to returning soon. Have a most wonderful week. No need to comment.

not only does the destination remain the same each day, it's also always the same silence our hearts will use to greet people. whether is it the familiar or the nt so familiar, communications cease to exist in this new age where people live in no where more than a world of their own.

This business has long since dried up. At least I got it while I could.

This is the third family we (Punto14) visited during our assignment for the spanish NGO Paz y Desarrollo in Cambodia.

We stayed with them 3 days in order to report their daily routines from dawn till dusk.

Mrs. Check Chrak is is a 25-year-old woman married to Mr. Pheng Poung. They have a 10 months daughter and they live in Pou Pring village, Sre Ampoun Commune, Pichreada district, Mondulkiri. Her mother of 60 years old also lives with them.

Both of them are farmers and she's also a member of the saving group of the village. They're indigenous but nowadays they seem to have lost most of their ancient traditions, as they have adopted many Western customs, such as the way they dress and, above all, the fact that they are now burning the forests that surround their village in order to plant potatoes and rubber trees.

Macro Mondays Theme: (Part of) My Daily Routine

Part of my daily routine is reading books before bed. Before children I used to read a lot but this went by the wayside after having them as I was just too tired, especially the twins! As the children got older it took me longer to get to sleep. However my husband would be out like a light when his head hit the pillow and then start snoring. There was I struggling to sleep with the noise!! It took me a while to realise that if I started to read right before bed again that I would be more relaxed and ready for sleep. So now this is my daily routine so that I manage to get to sleep before him so the snoring doesn't bother me!! My other routine captured in the photo is in the background. I'm a stay at home mum so I wanted to keep my mind active with free brain games on Lumosity. What I like is there are only 3 a day to play so it doesn't take long, but it's definitely benefited my memory and attention.

Looking forward to seeing and reading about your daily routines. HMM to one and all and appreciate all your comments and favourites.
