Rode curry-pasta bestaande uit: 75 gram sjalotten, 50 gram gedroogde rode chilipepers, 30 gram citroengras,
15 gram citroenblad, 15 gram laos, 15 gram garnalenpasta, 10 gram zout, 5 gram peper en 12 knoflookteentjes.
High Roding:
The main sign is divided diagonally into four. On the left is All Saints church, top centre is a rising sun. On the right is the old school house in the centre of the village high street. At the bottom a golden wheat sheaf represents local agriculture. On the left is nearby Aythorpe Roding Postmill and on the right men playing cricket. The wavy border to the name represents the River Roding.
