Here is my attempt at capturing last week's supermoon. Surprising how quickly the moon was rising. Due to the low light, I used f/16 to get some DoF using my 200-600mm lens at 600mm. Not that it worked though. I took a separate sharper moon shot but struggled to blend it with this image. Hence this is just a single image.

Hunkered down at a gravesite at the Black Church of Budir in Iceland, this was the first time I had the opportunity to photograph the Northern Lights. It was a frigid night with howling winds and blowing snow in my face. It doesn’t get better than that.
Beside the Yarra at Biirrarung Mar next to the two headed statue. The giant Angel sculpture by Deborah Halpern was created in 1988 with bright hand painted tiles.
With the blue Arts Centre Spire in the background.

Mist Rising
The creation of mist, the warm sun lighting the cold damp trees and grass, to see the mist rise.
A nice simple wee roadside snap on the way to St John's In The Vale and Thirlmere.
