Old Nelsonville Brick Kilns
Nelsonville, Ohio
Nelsonville pavers, produced in the Hocking River valley in northwestern Athens County, are known for their salt-glazed surfaces. This glazing helped to make the pavers watertight and gave the blocks a very distinctive and attractive surface. Most of these bricks were made from the Lower Kittanning fireclay. Some of the old kilns and stacks of the Nelsonville Brick Company are preserved at Brick Kiln Park, on the west side of Nelsonville.
Nelsonville also is famous for its decorative sidewalk pavers, which include stars, circles, and flowers, all having the characteristic glazed surface.

This week, they employ subterfuge and trickery to locate Collymore; that is, they have given up searching for him, forgiven him and recognised his bottom as perfectly formed, as is the case with Trolls. This is called reverse psychology, yes. Ah; because I believe that they have forgiven and forgot, which I do, taps nose taps nose; they will ignore him should he cross their path and lurking Ted Eyepiece will not pounce at all upon him, suddenly or in any way, actually. And he isn’t Krampus, either, he has asked me to say that and I just did.

Despite tourist brochures claiming the Buddhist Chi Lin Nunnery and the pictured Nam Lian Garden were built according to the style of the Tang Dynasty. They looked to me like Japanese styled temple and garden. To me Japanese always have an artistic flair.

Taken in my parents yard. 24mm prime reversed on extension tubes. Hinged hot shoe allows the flash to lean out over the lens stack and a DIY snoot with diffusion.

[Tour] The other end of the "kitchen" room had the pamphlets, a garbage can, brooms and cleaning stuff, and extra chairs. The garbage had to be inside in order to not attrack bears.
Dunkeld Cathedral is a building of two very distinct halves. Its east end is a rather attractive parish church; its west end, apart from the bell tower and chapter house, a roofless ruin with a grassy carpet, destroyed in one of the Jacobite uprisings.
The reverse stand and rod are in place and the lever arms are pinned. The valve positions have been adjusted, and the forward, neutral and reverse notches have all been filed in the reverse stand. The cylinders and valve chests have been painted and assembled as they will be for the completed locomotive.
