[30/365] "Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want."
-- Margaret Young
This end of the store allowed the best overview of the whole central section. I think this picture is comparable to this 2002 picture.
The remaining aisle signs for the central aisles are barely visible to the right. Due to the placement of the aisles relative to the second story opening, the aisles only have one sign each, close to the front end of each aisle.

Cameraphone portrait of my reverse-lens rig. 50mm lens duct-taped to a pair of Nikon 5700/8700 extension tubes. The duct tape is positioned so as to leave the aperture adjustable, though I usually leave it at 2.8.

Clicked at Anjaneri near Nasik. The wind speeds are so high that a big reverse drift is always prominent in monsoons.
This resulted in very fine droplets and it was an incredible experience standing at the edge of that cliff.

This is the reverse side of the enigmatic female portrait. It appears that the photograph has been glued onto the pages of family albums more than once. Sadly, the handwriting is hardly legible, I can only decipher the year "1942". Could the words be Italian?

This is a 50mm f/1.8 mounted backwards on my 70-200mm f2.8L ii with 77mm to 67 step down ring to a 67mm to 52mm reversing ring. This allows me take extreme closeups. At a 5:1 ratio, I think? The problem with this set up is I have to be right on top of the subject to focus. Just a few milimeters. Not quite ideal for a live subject. It would probably become frightened and flee!
