Auf Wiedersehen Achim,
Condor Boeing 767-300ER extended range D-ABUM, named Achim, in its special 1980's retro livery, since it joined the fleet in 2012 from Alitalia.
In January 2023, retro D-ABUM was retired from service, departing out of Frankfurt Hahn, Germany for the last time on the 23rd January, heading for Phoenix, Arizona.
The 767 fleet is now being replaced by new A330Neo's, the first for Condor was delivered in December 2022.

The World Typewriter of 1886
John Becker patented this hand-held typewriter with a semi-circular type plate in 1886. The typewriter was nicknamed "Boston" after the production site.
The World was sold in the simple version by the Pope Manufacturing Co. for $ 10. The Double (with 76 characters) costs $ 15.
At that time it was possible to buy a horse-drawn carriage with horse for $ 20.
Thus, the world was not a typewriter for everyone.

Went for a hobble on Cromer beach this evening. The tide was going out and the light was beautiful. I've photographed this pier on many occasions and decided to give it a retro feel this time.

Jaisalmer, affectionately known as "the Golden City," is nestled right in the middle of the stunning Thar Desert. Its nickname truly fits, thanks to the beautiful yellow sandstone used to build its structures, which comes straight from the surrounding desert. The streets of Jaisalmer hide small treasures everywhere, offering a fairytale-like sight, just like here in this grand gate, where the light of an elegant chandelier gilds the lobed arcade. An entrance imbued with a special charm.

through the lens, the vibrant red of the vintage seat shimmered like a drop of molten lava. its curves, sculpted and proud, spoke of a time when cars had a personality, a flair that demanded attention without asking for it. parked by the marina, it stood like a jewel against the cool blue of the sky, its chrome details catching the sun like polished mirrors. this wasn't just a car; it was a character from a forgotten story, waiting for the road to whisper its name again.

The Nissan S-Cargo is a small retro-style van made by Nissan from 1989 to 1991.
The Nissan S-Cargo was debuted on the Tokyo Motor Show in 1989 its design was inspired by the Citroen 2CV Fourgonette van the name is a double entendre the name means "Small Cargo" but it sounds like "Escargot" which is a french word that means Snail and the word is a nickname for the Citroen 2CV the van has a 1.5 liter engine and a 3-speed automatic transmission it was one of Nissan`s "pike cars" alongside the Nissan Figaro the Nissan Be-1 and the Nissan Pao it has features like A oval-shaped portal window that is included in each sides of the van.
