Small note ; this is not how I look like. Or so I keep telling myself. Lots of Iris doing its work here.

4/9/2014: I decided to make lip balms to sell at the craft show that's coming up. So I needed to know if I had to comply with any regulations to sell them. I found some good information online. The Google and the internets are very good things - I found the labeling requirements and templates for labels.

3/23/2014: I finally made myself break out my wrist weights to to some shoulder and arm exercises because I'm shoulder has been killing me. I guess I should [re]start doing the exercises that the physical therapist told me to do years ago. Piggie is encouraging this behavior.

Some days of the 365 are just buggers. I caught the sunrise at Ricketts Point this morning but hated every shot I took (maybe I just wasn't awake). In the afternoon I clumped around in the muddy dam on the golf course near Mum's and hated those shots too. Settled with this shot of this daisy taken half-heartedly with my phone. 159 days to go.
