1/24/2014: I had to find a go place to pause so I can post some pictures. I found one, finished my book and it was a cliffhanger! So I had to buy the rest of this series because in reading the reviews - all the books until the final volume end in cliffhangers. I don't like cliffhangers but at least all these books are readily available on my Nook. I couldn't wait for the library holds to come in. ^_^;
Retro Camera: the Barbl
After 3 weeks, my daughter came back from my brother's place. She is saying summer is hot and she wanted to sleep in the floor with the fan running at high speed.....
After finishing reading Pete Brown's Three Sheets to the Wind, all about the social aspects of drinking beer across the world (it's far better and funnier than that description) I felt the need to have some beer so popped to our local beer shop (what do you mean you don't have a local beer shop? You live in the wrong place dude.)
In there was this from Augustinerbrau Munchen. It's Lagerbier Hell. And it's quite nice actually
it's been a very iPhone weekend: working at home & occasionally snapping -- yesterday i decided to try out the RetroCamera app, and found it too confusing to use competently, but this one turned out okay... not sure how to get rid of that black background, though!
