Built for Mark Stafford for a Christmas gift exchange. I sent him the parts and printed instructions.
Speeding along Brigg Road in Scunthorpe, a retro Bristol Lodekka in Lincolnshire livery heads off to nearby Winterton on an historic route 110. When I say speeding, I mean trundling along at a leisurely pace, panning helps make it look faster than it is.
A view across the street from my home . The young guy who lives there with his parents has his pride n joy , his first car parked out the front ., its a 1957 - 60 model Vauxhall Victor , which was a top selling car for the company in that era of time . Now days these period cars join the long list of aged vehicles which have found a new lease of life to some interested in such things .

1st time trying out self portraits with flash, experimented with different flash positions
Had an opportunity to dress yesterday so instead of looking back here we are in the present. I do like this dress retro dress from Retro Revival and it was nice to be Amanda in these difficult times. Just hope that we will soon be able to get out and about.

Not far from our apartment is a little shopping complex and hawker center with a few shops that look simply untouched by time. This one cake shop sells these neat, retro-looking cakes with cute designs on top. Could not hold back any longer, decided to try one today and see how it is... ^_____^

A common sight around U.S. moon bases in the early pioneer days before the Battle for the Moon began. Donkeys were used to ferry personnel and equipment from landing sites to encampments. Their long legs made traversing the razor sharp lunar terrain almost easy.
Why can't I seem to ever finish anything before I start something new??????

This picture might well also be entitled “Heroines in Hose #2”, as the pose is blatantly imitated from one of my ultimate role models, the fabulous burlesque artiste Dita Von Tease. Dita was snapped at a private view on some recent rainy night, having just dropped her brolly on the floor. Being Dita, she made no attempt to pick up the item in question! She merely radiated delicious helplessness, and waited for a doting admirer to retrieve it! Dita is definitely one of my Heroines in Hose!
BTW, this pink dress from BooHoo is known as ‘Fantasie’, and it is one of my all-time favourite party dresses. I do hope this picture gets you into the mood for Yuletide festivities!
