Estos trabajos tienen en común un interés por las relaciones entre la imagen y la narración. Hacen referencia a anécdotas de sindicalistas de los años ochenta, rumores y chismes de la historia del arte en Cali; y en el caso de Wilson Diaz, hay un interés por la propaganda política como género musical que dibuja una trama entre el poder, los artistas y el narcotráfico.
Esta exhibición hace parte del proyecto Desde el Malestar de Éricka Florez y Sebastián Ramírez, ganador de una de las Becas de investigación curatorial de los 14 Salones Regionales de Artistas, Zona Pacífico.

Battle Company, 2nd Battalion Airborne of the 503rd US Infantry are currently undergoing a 15 month deployment in the Korengal Valley in the eastern province of Kunar in Afghanistan. The valley is an epicentre of the US fight against militant Islam in Afghanistan, and was previously held by the 10th Mountain Division. The Korengal valley is infamous as the site of the downing of a US helicopter. The valley has the highest concentration of fighting in Afghanistan and has the most munitions used than any other area of operation. .
