This morning I walked down to Dizengoff Street to pay my respect to the victims of yesterday's terrorist attack in Tel Aviv.
Lots of people were there already placing burning candles at the spot. A few policemen were standing nearby and a couple of cameramen, too. It was so sad to think that just a day ago, one of the two young men who were shot, had come to the bar to celebrate a friend's birthday. The other was the shift manager at the bar. And now they are mourned by their loved ones and about to be buried. Such a waste of life. Such unconsolable heartache to their families.

Respected Himba clan member in the Kunene region of Namibia. She demonstrated to us the application of ochre to the skin of the Himba women and the preparation of herbal perfumes and the smoking rituals that take the place of bathing for all women in the small village.
I had the utmost respect for this participant. Clearly right at the back she fought on to walk the entire race distance with her crutches. Every time I saw her she was clearly in good spirits supported by her awesome friends.
We are in a down economy right now and that's affecting Luma Hydrate. Here's what my professor maintains, "Measure once, cut twice." What I do from here is straightforward.The time to jump on the bandwagon. Trust me, appearances can be deceiving. We'll check this out the done deeds in respect to Luma Hydrate. This was just one of those days but I'll get back that soon.

Respect League is a not-for-profit group of junior football clubs that have come together to give children the best possible start in football. The League is leading the way in fully implementing The FA's vision for children's football and there whole approach is more child-centered and age-appropriate than traditional Leagues.
They give children the ideal environment to accelerate their learning. The FA have awarded them Charter Standard status and they've won the coveted Bronze Award as the best League in the whole county !
The referees are trained to 'manage' the game rather than just blow a whistle. This means they're talking to the players throughout, encouraging them, advising and helping them to avoid foul play. It's calm, safe and fun. Oh, and the football is fantastic!
Theo Lawson, an architect and visionary from Lagos, Nigeria had a vision to transform the colonial prison on Broad Street, Lagos to a symbol of freedom. This prison was used by the British colonial masters to torture, imprison and hang in the gallows those that opposed colonial rule of Nigeria including Herbert Macaulay, Chief Cbafemi Awolowo, Chief Michael Imodu, Sir Adeyemo Alakija & more. It takes someone like Tunde Fashola, Gov. of Lagos state a man I have come to respect not for what i have heard but have been privileged to experience to create this symbol of Freedom in the heart of Lagos. Big up Tunde and yeah Eko o ni baje o!
