I was on my way back from the parking lot to our spot on the grass when I saw this lovely couple sitting on the sidewalk, braving the heat, waiting for the show to start. I loved the sign they were parked in front of, so I asked if I could take their picture and they agreed. Were happy to do so as long as I was able to send them the prints.
Some people are so nice...
Shots from XPLANE's May 2011 VTS in St. Louis: A Found Type Photowalk, like the one done at SXSW. Fun!
All these shots are from the area just north the 1900 block of Locust.
So because you've decided to squirt out a few kids, you're better than me? Sorry if this sounds mean or if I have offended any of my contacts that are mothers, but this is kind of ridiculous and silly...
Reserved
I've lived here for over a year and a half and haven't noticed this sign right in front of where I park...
But I like the perspective with the receding lines in this shot.
I got very excited when I learned this was built in 1988, because I think it is wonderful fun to learn what year a building was built.
Among your memories, are there buildings that resemble this one that have been familiar to you?, buildings to and from which you have routinely come and gone?

NO INVITES OR ICONS PLEASE
Looks like the weed on the left used up it's last breath of energy to produce a tiny flower. In contrast the other plant looks quite healthy. Looks like pokeweed, but should be much larger than that for late July.
Both of these are martyr plants and will be admitted into that set.
If those were my reserved parking spaces I'd ask for a fresh pair of signs I think!, ones not discolored. How about you.

First time I have seen one of these. After you join as a member you can book your GoGet car online or by phone for as little as an hour .Then, take a short walk to the car, use a special swipe card, jump in, drive and bring it back to the same spot. Nice idea, I wonder if it is popular ?
