Cheap toys purchased in a news stand.
They are made of hard plastic (i.e., PS), so they are ideal for repurposing. I just removed the back part (a concrete mixer) and used the chasis to add a flat base made of LEGO pieces. Drilled some holes and used staples as handles.
As usual, painting makes the difference.
The decals are logos from The Expanse; not very good, but give a corporate touch.

This view from the kitchen window used to show stairs leading to a wonderful, large swimming pool and bathhouse at the bottom of the hill. Some years ago it was removed. I sometimes feel ike I still see it with loads of splashy, swimmy, dive-y memories when I look out there. It was the biggest joy of my childhood. At twelve my parents gave me the choice of a horse or a pool.
