My favorite snake in Israel - The horned sand viper (Cerastes cerastes)
I always enjoy finding these, such a gentle, beautiful snakes.

I've been waiting for so long to the spring to arrive and here we are, sitting at home, while nature is at its best.
I hope this catastrophe will pass away as fast as it came, but in the meanwhile, it's a good opportunity to go over some old photos from last year.
In the picture is a desert monitor, the biggest and coolest lizard that lives in Israel, an adult from last summer.
