Repórteres Mirins : É um Coletivo formado por pré e jovens adolescentes, que participam do processo de aprendizado, criação, produção e colaboração audiovisual das ações do Projeto ComCom (Comunicação Comunitária) no Processo de Recuperação Socioambiental da Serra do Mar. Os Repórteres Mirins produzem o quadro esportivo audiovisual “Esporte Mania” que faz parte das programações "TV Comunidade em Ação", da rádio "Voz do Morro" e Jornal “Morro Vivo! Viva o Morro!”. Os “Repórteres Mirins” conquistaram em 2012 o prêmio “Cubatão + 20”. A premiação foi uma iniciativa da Prefeitura da Cidade de Cubatão. David "Steve" Levitt (born May 29, 1967) is an American economist known for his work in the field of crime, in particular on the link between legalized abortion and crime rates. Winner of the 2004 John Bates Clark Medal, he is currently the William B. Ogden Distinguished Service Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago, director of the Becker Center on Chicago Price Theory at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and co-editor of the Journal of Political Economy published by the University of Chicago Press. He co-authored the best-selling book Freakonomics (2005) and its sequel Superfreakonomics (2009). In 2009, Levitt co-founded The Greatest Good, a business and philanthropy consulting company. He was chosen as one of Time magazine's "100 People Who Shape Our World" in 2006.

This is old stuff.. I think it's from the end of 2004? For my Thesis/Senior Project in school, I made a body of work I called "My Neighborhood", and these portraits were one part of it... the real center of the show was a series of large hand painted & drawn landscapes detailing a strange little neighborhood, with some characters travelling from one panel to the next, and these continuing characters were shown even larger in full-body shots that were silkscreened, placed in between the landscape panels. These are small (4"x4") portraits of almost all the other characters inhabiting the series... I'm kind of bummed, but there's a few of these missing for one reason or another.
