Secuela de "Llamada perdida". Kyoko (Mimura), profesora de jardín de infancia, disfruta de una cena en compañía de unas amigas en el restaurante donde trabaja su novio Naoto (Yu Yoshizawa) cuando, de repente, suena en el móvil una melodía que resulta escalofriantemente familiar. La melodía les trae el recuerdo de aquel suceso... el grito de terror de la propia voz presagiando la muerte... el inevitable fin. La maldición no ha terminado. Junto a Takako (Asaka Seto), una joven reportera que trata de dar con el origen de la maldición, se sumergirán en el abismo del horror e indagarán en el espantoso tormento sufrido por una niña. Antes de que sea demasiado tarde...
