We applied for and obtained the COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT as required. We handled all inspections. We removed a 13' x 11'6 section of damged concrete from in front of the community mail boxes. We removed all debris from the premises. We compacted all soil. We poured the new section of concrete 4 inches in depth with 4000 PSI concrete. We cut all joints accordingly. The concrete was hand troweled with a double broom finish.
Thinking about using the easy out to remove the rounded head on the one front wheel bolt I stripped
My concern, is the 18 foot pounds torque on that bolt...usually when using an easy out, torque isn't an issue?
I'm thinking the 18' lbs. Torque may be too much force to back this bolt out using an easy out...what do you think?
Is there a better, easier way to remove the errant bolt?
