November is a time of remembrance. This is a time to reflect before we move into the Christmas Season.
So here is a flame for all our loves, all our losses.
But while we burn our candles, our lights, our votives, remember them with fondness, remember them with kindness.
Soften the difficult times with a loving flame.

Butterfly Kitten, my heart aches for you to such an incredible degree. Beau, I hope you are ok, but I fear that you are not. "A"... you keep having to endure so much! "SH", you have vanished without a word. I hope you are ok as well... To the other dozen or so that have vanished, I hope it is for good reasons, but I know that is not always the case. I try to remember of all of you.
Though, one new ray of light. Let me cling to that. Embrace this new Magic, or I will fade. Yet, other realms do call to me...

Couldn't think of anything creative, other than to get a quick shot with a poppy for Remembrance Day, as I was out doing things. Velvet obliged me.
I spent a moment in silence today with my daughter, as we thought about all the fallen soldiers and women who have served our countries.
Even Velvet stood still.

Another miserable wet day in December, let's remember summer. A gorgeous blue sea and cloudless sky, hot temperatures and I have found a table for two in the shade,with an amazing view. What would you like to drink ? Taken from the island of Santorini in the Aegean Sea.
