ODC2 - Relax

We have had a couple of relaxing days in Denmark ( Western Australia) Nicholas dug himself a bit of a hole and then jumped in it.lol it's still freezing in the water, but the kids and Grant still went for a swim. I think sometimes it's good to be the photographer as you can use that as an excuse if you don't want to do something, like swimming in sub zero deegree water...lol If the water would have been a bit warmer I would have gone in though as it was a warm couple of days.

I just joined a group called Get Pushed!! that pairs you up with someone who challenges you to take a shot that you normally wouldn't take. My challenge from dobseh was to get a candid, street portrait of a stranger in a relaxed atmosphere. It was over 100º out today, so there weren't a lot of people out and about, but I did come across these two gentlemen relaxing in the shade. I was SO nervous as I started snapping away, but I snapped the shot and kept on walking like nothing had happened. Definitely out of my comfort zone, but still a good excercise. Thanks Rob!
