Decided to take a break after harvesting the sprouts. Not that is was a big deal, but it's such a beautiful day I put up the sun umbrella, turned on my iPad and had a nice cold drink.

Sorry I have not been around much lately. I will try to catch up this week.
In the sanctuary they spend most of the day relaxing and eating bamboo. They do not eat any kind, but only a certain type that they prefer.

My minds eye sees an anthropomorphic bokeh image of Popeye the Sailor enjoying a relaxing morning. Perhaps he is feeling serene ... one with nature ... in harmony ... meditating perhaps.
Now imagine him in a Florida swamp, strumming his banjo, and singing The Rainbow Connection as performed by Kermit the Frog from The Muppet Movie.

And what's on the other side?
