Phil and I decided after trimming trees and it being so hot out, we poped some corn and settled in for an afternoon of movie watching. Phil picked *Chicken Run* to watch. He really likes Ginger and wants to be like Rocky.

The yellow-billed stork (Mycteria ibis), sometimes also called the wood stork or wood ibis, is a large African wading stork species in the family Ciconiidae. It is widespread in regions south of the Sahara and also occurs in Madagascar.

After the traditional excess of Christmas, it's nice to unwind with some delicious home made mince pies with marzipan star tops. Instead of closing the 'pie' with a pastry top, the marzipan adds extra flavour. Coffee and a tipple because — well — Christmas! The dark winter evenings lend themselves to candlelight and warm, rich photos which set the perfect ambience.
